Premier Horse Facility. 4452 Cty Rd B, Oregon, WI - 15 minutes from Madison. Now under new management. TOO MANY improvements to list! 100' x 200' indoor arena with 20' walkway around 2 sides. 90' x 220' outdoor sand arena. 50' round pen. Riding paths around 150 acres of property, included many wooded trails. Planning to build a cross country course within a year. Large rough board pastures with shelters and automatic heated waterers. Daily turnout in large paddocks or medium pastures most with automatic waterers. Quality feeding program with excellent hay and grain. Well trained staff and good care with attention to detail. Heated bathrooms. 800 square foot climate controlled & insulated tackroom. 10' x 12' or 12' x 14' matted stalls cleaned every day. Hot & cold water wash stall. Lessons available with many trainers. Haul-ins for lessons is ok. All breeds and disciplines welcome. Friendly atmosphere. Many farriers and vets to choose from.

Full Board$375 per month. Includes the following: Horse is in a stall for 24 hours per day with no turn out Grain: am & pm Hay: am & pm Bedding: daily cleaned stalls and bedding Supplements: may be fed at extra cost, but must be provided by you. Horse can be turned out in our indoor arena at designated times only. Water buckets: dumped daily and scrubbed once per week.		Regular Board $350 per month. Includes the following: Horse has a stall Daily turnout - weather permitting Hay: am & pm Grain: am & pm Bedding: daily cleaned and bedded stalls Supplements: may be fed at extra cost, but must be provided by you. Water buckets: dumped daily and scrubbed once per week.
Pasture (Rough) Board $225 per month with NO GRAIN OR $250/month WITH GRAIN. Includes the following: Horse does NOT have a stall Hay: yes Grain: (see above) No Supplements		Flex Board $300 per month. Includes the following: Horse has a stall BUT unless the weather is bad, the horse stays most of the time - day and night. Hay: am & pm Grain: am & pm Bedding: cleaned after every day the horse is in. Bedding provided. Supplements: may be fed at extra cost, but must be provided by you. Water buckets: dumped daily and scrubbed once per week.
Self Board $300 per month. Includes the following: Horse has a stall Hay: facility provides am & pm Grain: you provide and feed yourself Bedding: you provide and maintain yourself Water buckets: dumped daily and scrubbed once per week.		Extra Fees - COGGINS - No ExceptionsCoggins Test must be done in January, required by state laws. A copy of the Coggins will be kept by Mandt Equestrian Center and original copy will be given to the owner. All horses must have a current coggins test. If a horse does NOT have a current Coggins, the owner will have 10 days to provide a Coggins test or the facility will have them drawn. A handling fee will be $15.00 per horse, plus Veterinarian fee, and farm call will be $10.00.
Yearly Membership$200.00 per year. Includes the following: Use of the arenas, trails and wash stall. Possibility of stall use - call barn manager.		Additional Fees/Services $15.00 handling fee for Farrier or Veterinarian. $20.00 for a mineral feeder installed and maintained in stalls. $10.00 for extra feeding per horse. $100.00 per year to store trailer on grounds. $100.00 per month for private tack stall (may be shared with other boarders if you would like - fee would be split amongst users).
Manditory Worming Schedule for MEC		MORE INFO: All stalls will be cleaned once per day. Any additional cleaning will be done by horse owner. No one is to dump water buckets in stalls or a fee will be assessed. CLICK HERE TO MEET OUR STAFF & READ THEIR BIOS

The prices above are for both the purchase and administration of wormers. PLEASE TALK TO MANAGER IF: you would like to purchase and administer your own wormers, (must be the SAME TYPE/BRAND and on the SAME SCHEDULE) you may do so but must provide proof that you had done so. Facility requires SPRING VACCINES of Eastern Western Tetnus, Influenza Rhino, and West Nile. Rabies and Strangles are optional as well as FALL VACCINES. A copy of the horses vaccines will be required. If your horse does not have vaccines, the facility has the right to vaccinate said vaccines by the facility's vertinarian at the owner's expense. All work will be done in the morning hours and will be billed directly on the board bills
